The start of each year is when a lot of the different companies who give out awards within the gaming industry announce their nominees, open up public voting for People’s Choice awards, and finally hold their ceremonies to provide out the awards towards the winners. Using the IMGA awards well under way, the BAFTA awards nominees happen to be announced today there are multiple mobile games showing up this season, most of which have multiple nominations for different awards.

If you aren’t acquainted with what BAFTA is, it stands for The British Academy of Film and tv Arts and every year they hold the British Academy Games Awards. The BAFTA awards are pretty big and continue to grow every year, sort of like mobile gaming. Actually this year there’s a decent quantity of mobile games being nominated for various awards.
