Square Enix has partnered with Mediatonic (creators of Amateur Surgeon) to release a brand new game called Heavenstrike Rivals, that people already reported on previously. Farmville, created by both companies with a single player campaign and multiplayer competition in your mind, has just released a teaser video for people that do not yet have the game; they’re currently in the middle of a soft launch using the global release scheduled for later this month.
[UPDATE: February 25, 2015 – 3:56 AM-PST] The latest game from Square Enix has become open to download in the Google Play Store. We are pretty excited about this title, as it seems to be a game title with lush visuals and pretty deep tactical action. If you like Square Enix games, or are simply looking for another game to test your tactical skills, Heavenstrike Rivals can be downloaded for free. The game does include in-app purchases, should you choose to consider benefit of them. The link to download the game is located at the end of this short article.
For the uninitiated, here is a recap of the game’s story: Players enter this now war-torn aerial kingdom of Lunnain, under assault from above by monsters known as the Fallen, that have not one other goal beyond total destruction. As a member of Lunnain, players will assist in pushing back against the evil monsters.
Heavenstrike Rivals Features:
– Battle against players across the world in simple yet deep tactical battles, built especially for mobile devices
– Collect and train over 230 fully-animated units
– Attempt a legendary quest across Lunnain to save the legendary Seven Sisters
– Climb the Sacred League to earn epic rewards
– Take part in regular events and weekend Arena competitions
– Features characters designed by Ryoma Ito (FINAL FANTASY TACTICS ADVANCE) and music by Ryo Yamazaki (FINAL FANTASY CRYSTAL CHRONICLES THE CRYSTAL BEARERS)
